The 25 m2 bedroom is on one level, facing south. The double bed is "Queen size" 160 cm by 200 cm and can be separated, upon reservation, into two single beds. Its two windows open onto the Alsace-Lorraine street with a lovely view of the small square, recently developed. We can see some of the very old houses of Château d'Oléron. The turquoise blue and gold Rebel Walls trompe-l'oeil of the wall matches a thick wool carpet. The private bathroom is a good size, 5 m2, with a walk-in shower and toilet.
It is equipped with a large wardrobe and a desk. WIFI is at your disposal.

For your comfort, a space "Back from the beach" has been set up, the entrance of which is on rue Pierre Loti. After each day at the beach, you can shower there, rinse your swimsuits/equipment, let your towels dry... and get rid of the sand before returning to the house to enjoy the garden, the pétanque court, the lounge with its fireplace and the billiards table over a drink.
Water is a scarce commodity on the island. To avoid shortages, especially in summer, please use it sparingly.
